Kuny Kobayaschi
Managing Director of Governance Visions Corporation (GV)
Kuny Kobayaschi is the founder and Managing Director of GV. In 2005, she established GV as a JapanŐs only indigenous and independent information provider of corporate governance. Most recently, she worked for Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC) as Director Asia-Pacific. Prior to IRRC, she was Marketing Manager of Information Service in Tokyo Stock Exchange and worked on an electronic share voting project. She spent years in the finance and investment industry and experienced various roles in the Bank of Tokyo, Barclays Bank, Jardin Fleming Asset Management, Cedel London. She founded and ran her own business from1992 to 2002. She obtained a Bachelor of Law degree at Waseda University.


Hiromi Kojima
Operation Manager
Responsible for the whole operation of proxy voting services and the analysis of corporate governance procedures, proxy voting and agendas. Before joining Governance Visions, she was engaged in proxy voting services with Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC). She acquired substantial experience of system development in information technology industry, as an in-house translator, interpreter, co-ordinator and DTP operator. She has a Master of Art degree at Seikei University.



Takahiro Suse
Currently engaged in the analysis of corporate governance procedures, proxy voting and agendas, Takahiro Suse specialized in law at Senshu University. He applies what he has learned to the better governance analysis and research.
